The following driving courses will be offered:
A defensive driving class will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Rensselaer County, 544 Broadway, Rensselaer. Successful completion of the class will save drivers 10 percent off the base auto insurance for the next three years. Participants will be eligible to receive up to four points off their driving records. Class fee is $35. Registration is required. Call the club at 465-3403 or Raymond Frankoski at 286-3788.
The Northeast New York Safety and Health Council will sponsor a pre-licensing course at 8:30 a.m. …
