WA: Cyclone warning cancelled
A tropical low off the West Australian coast has fizzled out after days of warnings
it would develop into a cyclone.
The Bureau of Meteorology has cancelled the cyclone warning issued for West Australian
communities along the Pilbara coastline between Port Hedland and Bidyadanga.
The bureau says there's no longer any prospect of the low developing into a tropical cyclone.
It says gales are not expected in coastal communities, but strong squalls and heavy
rainfall is possible.
